The youth members are Scouts (Members of a WOSM or WAGGGS recognized Association);
The ages of the youths must be scouts age;
There is a fair ratio of youths/staff. The ratio should preferably be 5 to 1;
We all sleep in our own tents that we bring with us
You organize your own meals and insurance
It will be handy to bring your equipment on a trailer
the contact person must have access to e-mail
Camp rules
Open fires on the grass is not allowed. Cooking only with gas or petrol cookers, or grilling with suitable grill are allowed.
Candles or lamps with liquid fuel are not allowed in tents.
Sheath knives must not have a blade longer than 12 cm.
All rubbish to be put in closed plastic sacks, and placed in the correct container. Please take care to use the correct bins.
The participants must wash on their campsite not by the taps. Dirty water is to be put in dirty water container.
It is not allowed to dig on the site, so as to damaged the grass.
Except for the opening and closing ceremony anything that needs to be brought into the site must be carried.
Punctuality to all activities is requested.
Alcohol and drugs in camp are forbidden. Where necessary the local police control with drug dogs.
Quiet time must be observed.
Swapping may only done by children with children and leaders with leaders. Badges with badges. It is not allowed to swap knives or other items.
Pets of all kind are not permitted on camp.
Outside the official camp hours from Friday (12 pm) to Monday (3 pm), the participants are completely self responsible and can not make any claims against the camp authorities contend.
